Apple iPhone 4G - Features of the New iPhone 4G

Have you checked out the new Apple iPhone 4G? This is one great little piece of technology. But is it really that much better than the 3G? And what are features of the new iPhone 4G that make it so irresistible?

Well, first off, the new iPhone has video chat camera. It reminds me of the old Jetson cartoons where you could actually see the person you were talking to. This is a great feature for a variety of reasons. For those in long-distance relationships they can see their partner and for grandparents who live far away from their grandkids, they can see some of those developmental milestones first hand. Plus, if you are even unsure as to where that spouse is at any given time, a video chat will be sure to show their location.

But the video chat is not the only compelling feature on the 4G. There is also a larger lens on the main camera with built-in flash, allowing you to take better pictures and video. And inside there is a larger processor and RAM plus more storage, which means smoother video viewing and video storage.

Other cool features of the Apple iPhone 4G is the second microphone for noise cancellation, 3 axis gyro for better gaming, and new IOS4 operating system to allow for multitasking.

The differences between the iPhone 3G and 4G can also be seen. The 4G is thinner, 24% thinner to be exact. Plus unlike the iPhone 3GS, the back of iPhone 4 is entirely flat. made with some glass, creamic or shiny plastic. It is obviously better looking than the previous iphones.

And, let's not forget, that the iPhone 4G has a larger battery, thus longer talking time, about 40% increased talk time.

As usual, Apple is always making improvements to their iPhone, which makes it one of the hottest phones on the market. And even though purchasing one of these 4Gs can set you back about $400, you are sure to get a lot of use out of it. Probably more than you can even imagine.
